Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2022 | Last Updated: June 10, 2026

1. Disclaimer of Liability

a. Corporate Training: Siriam Infotech is not liable for any accidents, personal injuries, or property damage that may occur during in-person or classroom training sessions. Participants are strongly advised to maintain adequate personal insurance coverage.

b. Software Development & AI Integrations: All custom code, mobile systems, API pipelines, and AI agent models are engineered to client specifications. Siriam Infotech is not liable for any service interruptions, database errors, model hallucinations, API rate-limiting restrictions by third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), data losses, or indirect commercial damages arising from custom software deployments. Clients are responsible for thorough staging validation.

2. Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) Policy

Participants enrolled in our in-person corporate training bootcamps are required to bring their own laptop computers, pre-configured with required IDEs or developer environments specified in the course syllabus. Siriam Infotech does not supply laptops or local computing hardware to trainees.

3. Training Cancellation and Rescheduling

a. Notice Period: If a training participant or corporate client cancels or requests rescheduling of a cohort less than 10 days before the scheduled launch date, Siriam Infotech reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cohort booking fee.

b. Limit on Rescheduling: A training program cohort may only be rescheduled once. Subsequent rescheduling or cancellation requests will trigger the full booking charge.

4. Training Refund Policy

If a participant is dissatisfied with a training course, they must submit formal written feedback on or before the last day of the course. Siriam Infotech will review the detailed grievance and determine at its sole discretion whether a full or partial refund is warranted based on instructional metrics. Refund requests filed after the course concludes will not be eligible.

5. Software Development Deliverables

a. Service Level Agreements: All custom software projects are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) signed by both parties.

b. Licensing & Compliance: Clients are responsible for acquiring and maintaining active subscriptions for third-party AI APIs, cloud hosting (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), and proprietary libraries integrated into their systems. Code is delivered "as is" upon formal client acceptance testing.
